Investigating - We are currently investigating an incident impacting new companies going through the link site on Prod and UAT.

Affected companies in UAT and in Prod will face an 'InternalServerError' message or an 'Invalid Link' error message when accessing the link flow.

The issue is being investigated with the highest priority.

Identified - We have identified an issue where at the end of the link flow for an offline accounting connection (Sage 50 or QuickBooks Desktop) that the user is not being correct redirected to the supplied URL once the connection is made.

The company is correctly linked during the process and data can be synced as normal, although you may temporarily need to manually give affected users a link to return to your site to complete any additional required steps at the end of your link flow.

Update - We are continuing to monitor for any further issues, but normal service has resumed, and we have seen no further issues syncing OAuth 1 connected Xero companies this afternoon.

Monitoring - We have now rolled back the release that caused the issue.

Investigations are taking place to ensure that there are no further consequences to this issue.

Affected companies using OAuth 1.0 will have to re-link their companies to complete a sync.

Resolved - The issue has been resolved; and queued syncs from Clearbooks requested during the service interruption will now be processed. Any companies affected during the period have had new syncs of invoices queued to ensure data in Codat is correct.

Identified - We have identified an issue resulting in invoices for Clearbooks companies not being correctly updated in Codat after a successful sync.

To prevent any bad data being inserted, we have temporarily paused the syncing of data from Clearbooks in both UAT & Production while we implement a fix for this issue. You can still queue syncs for companies connected to Clearbooks, and these will be processed as soon as the fix is in place.

Resolved - Following Microsoft Azure's return to normal service, Codat's services are now fully operational again, and have been stable after several hours of monitoring.

If you experience any further issues, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.

Monitoring - We are now seeing a return to normal service from Microsoft Azure; and access to Codat's services are now mostly restored.

Most users should now be able to access the Codat Portal and we are seeing datasets processing correctly, although there may be some delays and intermittent errors as Microsoft return Azure to full functionality.

Update - We continue to monitor the situation and await a resolution from Microsoft.

We are currently aware of the following impacts:
* Some users will experience issues logging into the Codat Portal
* Some datasets are failing to process and are going to an error state.

Update - We are continuing to await a fix from Microsoft for this issue.

We have identified that due to the Azure storage issues, datasets may also be failing to complete as expected. Further details will follow once we have ascertained the scale of the impact.

Identified - Due to an Microsoft Azure outage (see https://status.azure.com/en-gb/status), you may experience some errors whilst using the Codat Portal and API, with some users unable to login to the portal.

We will update this with any additional known impacts shortly.

Resolved - We have identified and resolved an issue affecting our Link Site in UAT only; that was causing an error message to be displayed to the user when attempting to link their accounting software. Any affected clients can reload their link URL now; and proceed to connect their accounting software as normal.
