Resolved - The incident has now been resolved, ongoing monitoring has shown the platform has returned to normal stability.

All users previously affected should be able to install our offline connectors and run syncs without disruption.

Please do note that affected Sage 50 users may have to reinstall the Sage 50 connector to restore the normal behaviour and resume syncing. This does not apply to QuickBooks Desktop users, who do not have to install the connector again to resume syncing.

Affected users should now notice that end-users are able to install the connector on their machine and syncs can resume as normal.

Update - We are still actively looking into this issue with our engineering team.

Affected user will still notice that connectors that have been installed successfully in the past cannot be open and that upon clicking on the 'Sync' button, the syncs are not being triggered. Users might also report that upon reinstalling the connector, the connector UI is not responding or crashes.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 4:15PM BST.

Investigating - We are actively investigating an issue preventing some users to run a new sync in Production for their Sage 50 and QuickBooks Desktop connectors in Production. New users might also be unable to access this service.

Affected users will notice that connectors that have been installed successfully in the past cannot be open and that upon clicking on the 'Sync' button, the syncs are not being triggered. Users might also report that upon reinstalling the connector, the connector UI is not responding or crashes.

Affected users should now notice that their QuickBooks Desktop connectors can now run the required updates after clicking 'OK' on the pop-up notification and complete datasets syncs.

Investigating - We are actively investigating an issue preventing some QuickBooks Desktop connectors to run an install or an update in Production.

Affected users will notice that a pop-up notifying them that an update to the connector is required. Despite clicking on OK to start the update, the pop-up does not disappear and the update does not start. Affected users may also notice that syncs are unable to start.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 9:45PM BST.

Investigating - We are actively investigating an issue preventing clients from onboarding new QuickBooks Desktop users in Production.

Affected users will notice that the connector download is not starting automatically after selecting the QuickBooks Desktop integration during the Link flow. End-users using our Link Flow also may notice that the Link Flow page becomes blank after the QuickBooks Desktop integration is selected.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 12:40PM BST.

After manually opening the Sage 50 connector, all users previously affected should be able to see that Queued syncs are starting automatically.

The fix implemented requires a new version of our Sage 50 connector to be installed. The Sage 50 connector installer will run automatically as soon as the Sage 50 connector is opened manually by the affected end-user.

Investigating - We are actively investigating an issue preventing our Sage 50 connector from automatically picking up new syncs.

Affected users will notice that Queued datasets for their Sage 50 companies are not starting to sync automatically, even when the end-user who installed the connector is logged into the machine where the connector has been installed.

As a workaround, affected users can advise their end-users to manually open the connector on the machine where it has been installed initially and click on the 'Sync' button.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 10:45AM BST.
