Resolved - The incident has now been resolved, ongoing monitoring has shown the platform has returned to normal stability.

All users previously affected should be able to fetch Xero data without disruption.
Some users affected may want to queue a new sync for previously failing data types if they do not have a regular sync frequency scheduled. If they already have a sync frequency like daily or hourly, the next sync should be successful and there's no further action to take.

Investigating - We are actively investigating an issue preventing datasets from fetching successfully for Xero in both Production and UAT.

Affected users will notice that some Xero datasets intermittently return a 500 error.

Resolved - We have deployed a fix to Production and the issue is now resolved; and uploaded files can now be viewed in the portal.

You may first need to refresh your browser (ctrl-f5) and choose the option again from the company's data page.

Identified - Our engineers have identified the root cause of this issue and are working on a fix.

We will update with the latest status of this issue no later than 12pm BST.

Investigating - We are actively investigating an issue preventing users from accessing the files uploaded by their clients during the linking process via our 'Upload your accounting documents' feature.

Affected portal users will notice that the portal returns a 404 error when they click on the 'Uploaded files' link after files have been submitted by their client. This does not affect portal users who are accessing clients data via the Codat sync feature.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 12PM BST.

Investigating - We are actively investigating an issue preventing some users to connect their Plaid account in UAT.

Affected users may notice that, upon linking new Plaid companies, a 400 error code is displayed, along with the following error message: 'client is not authorized to access the following products: ["identity"]'.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 2:00PM BST.
