Intermittent network issue affecting the linking of new companies for some integrations in UAT

Our monitoring flagged that some clients were intermittently unable to link of new companies for some integrations in UAT. The issue started roughly at 8:00PM BST and was resolved at around 9:30PM BST.

Affected users would have noticed that they were unable to link new companies in UAT for some integrations. Some push operations might have also timed out, or failed with an error message.

The cause of the issue has been identified as a network configuration issue. Service has now been restored.
