Xero connections are fetching data slower than usual in Production

Our monitoring flagged that Xero connections were syncing data slower between 7:30PM GMT and 9PM GMT.

Affected users would have noticed that Xero datasets remained Queued or Fetching for longer than usual in Production.

The issue was a consequence of a higher volume of datasets requests queued for our Xero integration. Normal service has now been restored.
