Error when attaching files to FreeAgent bills and expenses

Resolved

The incident has now been resolved, ongoing monitoring has shown the platform has returned to normal stability.

The cause of the issue has been identified as code released by a third-party and resulting in an error. The affected third-party code has been rolledback successfully.

All users previously affected should be able to attach files to bills and expenses in their FreeAgent companies without disruption.

Investigating

We are actively investigating an issue preventing users from attaching files to expenses and bills for FreeAgent companies.

Affected users will notice that they are getting a 'Platform Error' message when attempting to post an attachment to an expense or a bill to a FreeAgent company.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 12pm.
