Sage BCA, Exact & Freshbooks: Datasets not mapping any new data

On 30th April from approximately 09:30 UK Time to 11:00, some datasets (fetch operations) for Sage Business Cloud, Freshbooks and Exact connected companies would've completed without error but unexpectedly been empty.

The impact of this would've been no new data, for certain datasets, was visible in the Codat portal or accessible via the API.

We were able to proactively catch this via our monitoring and fix the bug within that time frame.
