QBO - Data fetch/push failing for some Bill Payments and Payments

The incident has now been resolved, ongoing monitoring has shown the platform has returned to normal stability.

All users previously affected should be able to push and pull billPayments and payments datatypes for QuickBooks Online without disruption.

We have implemented a fix in Production.

Affected users should now notice that QBO bill payments & payments datasets are syncing successfully. Datasets affected will be retried in line with your instance's sync settings. Push operations affected may have been returned with a 'Failed' status but are likely to have completed successfully, Affected clients will be contacted with more information in the next 24h.

We are actively investigating an issue preventing some users from successfully fetching or pushing Payments and Bill Payments to QBO .

Affected users will notice that Bill Payments or Payment pushes fail with a 500 error or data fetches for either dataset fail with a MapError.

This incident will be updated as soon as we have identified the issue, and no later than 10:21GMT.
