Webhooks Degraded Performance

Our monitoring alerted us to the fact that our web hook functionality was sending some web hooks with a degree of latency between 10:00 AM and 11:40 AM on 06/02.

Affected users would have noticed that the HTTP calls to their endpoints were arriving slightly later than usual.

The cause of the issue has been identified as a configuration issue in our Cloud environment. as per our ongoing monitoring, service has now been restored.
